ResTrack Lite Mobile App Installation

This guide explains how to download, install, and access the ResTrack Lite mobile application on an iPhone, iPad, or Android Device.

Downloading ResTrack Lite (iOS)​

Prerequisites​

Before installing ResTrack Lite, ensure that:

  • You have an Apple ID signed in on your device.
  • Your device is connected to the internet using Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  • Your iPhone or iPad is running iOS/iPadOS 12.0 or later.
  • You have received a ResTrack Lite user account invitation from your system administrator.
  • A ResTrack Lite Controller has been installed and configured if you intend to perform fuel transactions.

Install from the App Store​

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap Search.

  3. Search for ResTrack Lite.

  4. Locate ResTrack Lite published by Banlaw Pty Ltd.

  5. Tap Get.

  6. If prompted, authenticate using:

    • Face ID
    • Touch ID
    • Apple ID Password

  7. Wait for the installation to complete.

Downloading ResTrack Lite (Android)​

Prerequisites​

Before installing ResTrack Lite, ensure that:

  • You have a Google Account signed in on your device.
  • Your device is connected to the internet using Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  • Your Android device is running Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later.
  • You have received a ResTrack Lite user account invitation from your system administrator.
  • A ResTrack Lite Controller has been installed and configured if you intend to perform fuel transactions.

Install from Google Play​

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
  2. Tap the Search bar.
  3. Search for ResTrack Lite.
  4. Locate ResTrack Lite published by Banlaw Pty Ltd.
  5. Tap Install.
  6. Wait for the application to download and install automatically.
  7. Once installation is complete, tap Open.

Launching the App​

Once installation is complete:

  1. Tap Open from the App Store,

or

  1. Locate the ResTrack Lite icon on your Home Screen and tap it.

Tips​

  • Ensure you have accepted your account invitation before attempting to sign in.
  • Use a stable internet connection during installation and initial login.
  • Keep the application updated to access the latest features and improvements.
  • Contact your system administrator if you are unable to access your account after installation.
