Identify Controller Components
This document will assist you in identifying ResTrack Lite controller peripherals, to assist with further installation.
ResTrack Lite System
Overall system architecture, in its maximum configuration, is depicted in the following diagram:
This configuration includes the following components:
- BRTLC01A ResTrack Lite Controller
- BRTLPS**A Power Supply: different options for different regions available
- BRTLLS01A Level Sensor: differential pressure sensor for tank level measurements
- 2x Y-Strainer: 100mesh strainer to ensure flow meter performance and longevity
- 2x BRTLAV**A Actuated Valves: control valve to open and close fuel path
- 2x BRTFM**A Flow Meters: Hall Effect flow metering device
- BRTSFL101 SecureFill Wireless Controller: a gateway for the wireless AutoID system
- BRTSW*** SecureFill Auto ID Nozzle: Splash Fill nozzle assembly with wireless AutoID receiver
- BRT3*WSA SecureFill Wireless Swivel with HV nozzle: HV nozzle assembly with wireless AutoID swivel reader
- AutoID tags and receivers: LV wireless tags and AutoID receivers are installed and paired to vehicles, enabling automatic identification
- BRTLC016 Vehicle QR codes: QR code identification systems is a simple, less secure alternative to SecureFill AutoID system
